The business is headed up by Joe Finn, a highly motivated senior Facilities Management Professional.

Joes progressive career has been based upon a platform of specialist knowledge in both the private & public sectors across hard & soft facilities, always ensuring excellent customer service and the on-time delivery of the contracted facilities (up to 5 Star) at the best possible cost.

A decision maker with a record for successfully improving business performance, service delivery & customer satisfaction. Experienced in leading complex, multifaceted change and modernisation programs, aimed at raising organisational performance in relation to Estates & Facilities quality.

Joe managed complex multi-site operations (8 sites cooperative/syncro) and teams (over 800 customers at DWP LLP) from end to end, to deliver an outstanding corporate customer experience.
